Nesta vertente, fazemos todas as obras necessárias num edifício existente, quer seja uma restauração completa, remodelação de interiores, re-decoração ou renovações externas e internas.
É importante assegurar que todas as legalizações necessárias sejam feitas antes de iniciar os trabalhos, nalguns casos, como uma remodelação interior, não é necessário licenciamento, mas quando tem alterações exteriores ou outro tipo de intervenções já obriga a ter licenciamento.

Renovations
Under this heading we place all works that are planned to be done to an existing building, so it applies to a full restoration, remodelling interior, re-decoration or external and internal renovations.
It is important to ensure that all the required authorisations are in place to allow the work to be undertaken, in some instances such as an interior remodel there may well be no requirement for approvals or authorisations, in others such as renovating a "listed" Windmill there may be many requirements.

We will ensure that all the requirements from the Local Authority are known and obtained so ensuring the smoothest possible execution of the project.
