Utilizando os nossos conhecimentos e parcerias com arquitetos e construtores locais, podemos ajudá-lo a conseguir tudo o que precisa.
Como fazemos?
Reunindo consigo para perceber o que pretende, seguindo estes passos:
I. Discussão inicial, esboços, exemplos de outras casas e uma visita ao local;
II. Análise detalhada sobre o que é viável, quais os custos e restrições;
III. Apresentação de todos os custos e taxas aplicáveis a todo o processo;
Uma vez concluída esta fase, podemos passar para a próxima fase de contratação de serviços para ajudar no processo, bem como a obtenção de custos mais vantajosos para a execução das obras. Nesta fase fornecemos também o planeamento temporal previsto.
Com isto, leva-nos ao desenvolvimento de um gráfico de fluxo de gestão de projecto, que vai constituir a base das actividades de construção restantes.

Utilising our local knowledge of Builders, Architects and Local Councils we will look to help you achieve everything you want.
How do we do this?
We start by spending time talking with you, understanding what he wants to have and broadly following the path laid out below:
I. Initial discussion, sketches, examples of other houses and maybe a site visit to understand what you want.
II. Detailed discussions about what is feasible, what the costs are likely to be, planning restrictions if applicable.
III. An outline of our fees for assisting you with all or part of the entire process;
Once this has been completed then we can move to the next stage of engaging services to assist in the process as well as obtaining more precise costings for all the works. We hope to also be able to provide an estimate of the timescales involved.
This will then lead to the development of a project management flow chart which will form the basis of the remaining Building activities.
